INJURED WAS ATTEMPTING TO CLEAN MUD OFF OF A RETURN ROLLER THAT RUNS BELOW A STACKING CONVEYOR. HE WAS USING A WRENCH TO KNOCK THE MUD OFF WHEN HIS SLEEVE CAUGHT HIS HAND BETWEEN THE BELT AND THE ROLLER.
