A EE STRIP EE WAS DRILLING AN OVERHANG ON THE HIGHWALL. HIS SAFETY ROPE WAS TAKEN LOOSE FROM A STATIONARY TRACK LOADER AND TIED TO A PICK UP TRUCK BY ANOTHER EE. THEN ANOTHER EE MOVED THE PICK UP TRUCK DRAGGING INJURED EE UP THE HIGHWALL INJURING HIS BACK.
