EMPLOYEE WAS CL9ANING FORZEN COAL FROM THE CHUTE AT THE END OF THE FUEL SCREW. THEY HAD THE SCREW SHUT OFF AT THE TIME. HE HAD OTHER EMPLLOYEE START THE FUEL BELT AT THE HEAD, TO PULL AWAY THE LOOSE COAL. TH9RE WAS A SMALL PIECE STILL STICKING, AND THE EMPLOYEE POKED IT LOOSE, AND THE AUGER CAUGHT HIS COVERALL SLEEVE, TWISTING HIS ARM AND FRACTURING IT.
