THE INJURED WAS3DRIVING BACKDUMP ON HAUL ROAD WHEN HE RAN INTO A HOLE.THIS JERKED THE TRUCK CAUSING A STRAIN OF THE NECK AND SHOULDER MUSCLE.THIS INCIDENT IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.
