EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING BETWEEN SCOOP & TRACTOR IN SHOP TROUBLESHOOTING REASON SCOOP WOULD NOT GO INTO HIGH POINT. THE BATTERIES WERE PLUGGED UP TO CHECK THE CONTACTS. I NAME SCOOP O OPERATOR WAS WORKING THE FOOT WHEN A WIRE BECAME GROUNDED CAUSING THE SCOOP TO MOVE IN REVERSE CATCHING I NAME BETWEEN THE SCOOP FRAME AND THE TRACTOR FRAME.
