HE WAS WINDING UP THE TARP WHEN THE LOADER DUMPED A BUCKET OF COAL ON THE TARP IN THE BED OF THE TRUCK. THIS CAUSED THE TARP TO SPRING BACK AND THE WINDER REVERSED STRIKING THE BACK OF HIS LEF T HAND CAUSING A CONTUSION AND FRACTURE.
