Chimney Rock Coal · Struck against a moving object

MINER WAS DRIVING HAUL TRUCK DOWN HILL IN LEFT HAND TRAFFIC. HE WAS GOING AROUND RIGHT CURVE WHEN HE WAS HIT BY ANOTHER TRUCK GOING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION WHICH HAD SLID OVER INTO GOING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION WHICH HAD SLID OVER INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC. THE SIDES A THE TWO VEHCLES COLLIDED AND 1ST DRIVER WAS THROWN AGAINST DOOR GLASS BRUISING SHOULDER.
