WHILE CLIMBING THE HILL WITH LOADED ROCK TRUCK, EMPLOYEE ENCOUNTERED AN AREA OF THE ROAD THAT HAD WATER SPILLED ON IT BY THE PREVIOUS TRUCK. THE TRUCK SPUN TO A HALT. DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO BACK DOWN THE HILL. THE ROCK TRUCK BEGAN TO SLIDE OUT OF CONTROL. IT RAN UP ON THE SAFETY BARRIERS AND ROLLED OVER ON ITS SIDE. DRIVER BUMPED HIS LEG. DAMAGE TO ROCK TRUCK WAS MINOR, BROKEN MIRROR
