THE EE WALKED UPON THE PLANT OPERATOR TO STOP THE BELT & AS THE BELT STOPPED, HE PLACED HIS HAND ON THE BEAMAREA WHERE THE BRAKE ARM FOR THE BRAKE ON THE NO5 BELT. AS THE BRAKE SET, THE EE'S FINGERS WERE CAUGHT BETWEEN THE BRAKE ARM & THE BRAKE ARM
THE EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING ROCK WITH A 980 ENDLOADER WHEN A ROCK CAME OUT OF THE BUCKET CAUSING THE ENDLOADER TO BOUNCE,INJURING EMPLOYEE'S BACK.THE EMPLOYEE CONTINUED TO WORK FROM 10-13-93 TO,0 7-11-94 WHEN HE BEGAN MISSING WORK.PLEASE LIST THIS INJURY WITH THE 1993 DATA.
TWO LOADED AND ONE EMPTY RAILROAD CARS HAD GOTTEN AWAY FROM SHAKEOUT AND INJURED HAD BOARDED ONE OF THE CARS IN AN ATTEMPT OT STOP THEM. WHEN RUNAWAYS MADE CONTACT WITH LOADED CARS BELOW THE P LANT, INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS THROWN AGAINST END OF CARS STIKING HIS LEFT SIDE.
THE INJURED EMPLOYEE AND A CO-WORKER WERE DROPPING OUT SIX LOADED RAILROAD CARS BEFORE DAY LIGHT. THE CARS CAME UNCOUPLED AND INJURED AND CO-WORKER COULD NOT SEE THIS. WHEN THE CARS RECOUPLED THE IMPACET CAUSED THE INJURED TO BE THROWN AGAINST THE CAR, HURTING HIS BACK.
EMPLOYEE WAS GREASING BEND ROLLERS ON TUBE BELT WHEN HE ALLEGES TO HAVE BEEN INJURED. HE SAID HE GOT DIZZY WHEN HE RAISED UP AND FELL FORWARD INTO THE BELT. HE SAID IT CAUGHT HIS LEFT ARM AND PULLED IT INTO THE BELT, AND WHEN THE BELT PULLED HIM INTO IT HIM ARM HIT THE SAFETY PULL ROPE AND SHUT THE BELT OFF.
THE LOAD OUT CREW HAD PUSHED CARS (RAILROAD) BACK UP THE TRACK AND CLEANED THE TRACKS. THEY WERE DROPPING THE EMPTIES BACK UNDER THE TIPPLE. THE EMPLOYEE HOOKED THE CABLE TO THE CAR HOIST ON THE FRONT OF THE CAR WHILE IT WAS STILL MOVING AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE CABLE AND THE RAILROAD CAR.
INJURED HAD STARTED NO.1 BELT UNDER A LOAD AND HAD PEOPLE WORKING AROUND THE TAIL ROLLER. THE BELT WAS ABOUT 1/2 EMPTIED WHEN IT KICKED OFF AND STARTED ROLLING BACK. THE INJUREDRAN BACK TO WAR N THE WORKERS, WHEN HE STRUCK HIS HEAD ON THE BACK OF THE HEADHOUSE CHUTE. EMPLOYEE DID NOT GO TO A DOCTOR UNTIL MARCH 16, 1990, AND WENT TO A CHIROPRACTOR FOR MANIPULATION.

EMP RECEIVED A HARD JAR WHEN THE TRUCK HE WAS DRIVING DROPPED OFF THE ROAD INTO A DITCH
EMPLOYEE WAS WASHING DOWN WITH WATER HOSE. PRESSSURE ON HOSE GOT HIM OFF BALANCE AND HE PUT HIS HAND OUT TO KEEP FROM FALLING . HE LAID HAND ON RAIL AND THE WHEELS OF A TRAM LOAD OUT CAR RAN OVER HAND.
