GRANCEL LESTER WAS RIDING SCOOP BUCKET HE RAISED UP AND CAUGHT HAT ON CABLE THAT WAS TIED UP ACROSS HAULAGEWAY. THE CAP WAS PULLED OFF AND HE SAID IT HURT HIS NECK.
