INJURED WAS CLEANING THE ROADWAY OUTBY THE MOTOR BARN. THE COAL AND DIRT THAT WAS BEING CLEANED UP WAS COVERING/HIDING THE PIECE OF PIPE. THE PIPE, WHICH WAS ONE INCH BY TWENTY FEET APPROX., W AS FOULED ON ONE END. AS THE SCOOP PUSHED THE COAL AND DIRT, THE PIPE BEGAN TO GET TENSION ON IT. THE PIPE SPRUNG UP OVER THE SCOOP, STRIKING INJURED ACROSS THE NOSE.
