I.NAME WAS TRAVELING TO THE FEEDER WHEN HE FELT A BURNING FEELING IN HIS BACK. HE WAS ADMITTED TO THE PINEVILLE HOSPITAL
EMPLOYEE WAS HAULING COAL AND RAN OVER CRIB BLOCK AND HIT HIS BACK ON THE DECK RAIL (SHUTTLE CAR). TODD CAME BY ME AT 8:00 PM AND SAID HE HAD RUN OVER A CRIB BLOCK AND HURT HIS BACK. HE WAS LA UGHING, BUT HE DID NOT STOP THE CAR FROM MOVING. (STATED BY DEWEY HUBBARD).
WHILE TRAMMING SCOOP DOWN ROADWAY A ROCK FLEW UP AND CAUGHT THE WORKMANS HAND CAUSING THE INJURY WAS GIVEN STITCHES AT THGE PINEVILLE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL
TWO EMPLOYEES WERE RERAILING MAIN TRIP IN RAIL BARN DEMPSEY SET A HEEL TO CATGCH CAR UP THE JACK REELED OFF CATCHING HIS FINGER BETWEEN HEEL AND MAN CAR
RAIL RUNNER HIT TOP OF CANOPY CAVED IN ON MAN AND BRUSIED HIS RT SHOULDER AND CHEST
