THE EE WAS THE DRIVER OF A 50 TON EUCLID END DUMP. THE TRUCK WAS LOADED GOING UP A RAMP. THE ENGINE QUIT IN PULL, THEN DRIFTED BACK APPROX 20 TO30 FT. UPON SIDE SLOPE & TURNED OVER ON IT'S SID E. THE BATTERY HOLDER BROKE & LET THE BATTERIES GO THROUGH THE SIDE WINDOW HITTING THE OPERATOR IN THE BACK. THE OPERATOR WAS WEARING A SEAT BELT AT TIME OF ACCIDENT.

WAS SITTING IN A R50 EUCLID ROCK TRUCK WHILE BEING LOADER BY A 992 C LOADER. BACK CAME OUT OF LOADER BUCKET INTO ROCK TRUCK SHAKING OPERATOR.
