THE EMPLOYEE WAS RIDING A LO-LO BELT LINE TOWARD THE HEAD-DRIVE WITH THE BELT, CLEARANCE BEING 18 INCHES ALONG THE BELT TO WITHIN 10 FT OF THE HEAD DRIVE AND DOWN TO 10 INCHES OVER. THE BELT D RIVE. HE BECAME LODGED WHEN HE DIDN\T GET OFF THE BELT. HE WAS HUNG SIDWAY OVER THE HEAD DRIVE. THE BELT TRAVELS AT OVER 300 FT/MIN.
