INJURED WAS LOADING A BUNDLE OF BANDED ROOF BOLTS ONTO A RAIL SUPPLY CAR ON THE OUTSIDE OF MINE. WHILE LIFTING BUNDLE WITH ENDLOADER, A SKID BAND FLIPPED OUT FROM UNDER BAND AND STRUCK INJURED IN LEFT HAND. WITNESS WAS OPERATING LOADER. INJURY REQUIRED SIX SUTURES.
