EMPLOYEE WAS RIDING THE BELT TO INSIDE OF THE MINE.EMPLOYEE STARTED TO GET OOF BELT AND EVIDENTLY HIT A WEAK PLACE IN THE BELT-CATCHING HIS FOOT IN THE BELT-EMPLOYEE AND FELLOW WORKER DID NOT PULL CORD TO STOP THE BELT TO PREVENT LEG INJURY-EVIDENTLY THEY GOT SCARED AND PANICKED.
