DROPPING CARS TWO CAME UNCOUPLED HE WAS THROWN AGAINST CAR HE WAS RIDING
INJURED STATED THAT HE WAS SHOVELING AT INBY AIRLOCK OR #1 MAIN BELT AND TURNED TO THROW A SHOVEL FULL ON WITH IN WRONG DIRECTION OF BELT. THE BELT CAUGHT HIS SHOVEL AND PUSHED THE SHOVEL INTO HIS RIB. HE STARTED MISSING WORK ON 4-9-90.
INJURED STATED THAT HE HIT A HOLE WITH THE SHUTTLE CAR AND BOUNCED HITTING HIS HEAD ON THE CANOPY AND CAME DOWN HITTING HIS RIGHT SHOULDER ON THE SIDE OF THE SHUTTLE CAR.
