THIS WAS A VEHICLE ACCIDENT. OUT DRIVER WAS GOING UP THE HILL ON MINE PROPERTY, DRIVING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD. THIS WAS A SINGLE LANE ROAD. THE COAL TRUCK WAS COMING TOWARD HIM ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD AND THEY COLLIDED TOGETHER. OUT DRIVER HAD SOME MINOR CUTS TO HIS HEAD AND FACE.
