INJURED EMPLOYEE WENT 2 BREAKS BACK FROM THE FACE TO GET SOME TIE WIRE TO USE TO HANG CABLES FROM THE ROOF. EMPLOYEE SAW AND HEARD A SHUTTLE CAR COMING EMPTY BACK TO THE FACE. EMPLOYEE STEPP ED OVER NEXT TO THE RIB TO ALLOW THE CAR TOP. THE CAR SLOWED WHEN APPROACED THE CAR RAN OVER A WET SPOT IN THE ROAD AND SLID OVER STRIKING THE EMPLOYEE LOWER LEGS.
