EMPLOYEE WAS LEAVING SECTION INRAILRUNNER AT END OF SHIFT TOWARD OUTSIDE. AS HE WAS TRAVELING A COVER OVER THEMOTOR FOR THE RAILRUNNER CAME LOOSE AND STRUCK A CRIB NEXT TO ROADWAY. WHEN ONE CORNER OF THE COVER HIT THE CRIB THE THE OTHER CORNER STURCK EMPLOYEE IN BACK OF HEAD.
