EMPLOYEE WAS TEST RUINNING A CONVEYOR AFTER INSTALLING BELT SCRAPER. HE NOTICED A MATERCIAL BUILDE UP ON A ROLLER. HE ATTEMTPED TO KNOCK THE MATERIAL OFF THE ROLLER WITH A WRENCH. HIS ARM GOT CAUGHT & WAS PULLED INTO ROLLERS.
