THE INJURED PERSON WAS HANGING CURTAIN IN FACE NEAR THE REAR OF MINER. HAVING HIS BACK TOWARDS THE MINER, SHUTTLE CAR OPERATOR COULD NOT SEE WORKER, AND SLIGHTLY CAUGHT THE WORKER IN HIS BACK WITH THE END OF THE SHUTTLE CAR.
