OPERATOR WAS OPERATING A LOADER AND HIT A ROCK WITH HIS BUCKET PRETTY HARD. WHEN HE DID THIS ITJERKED HIS NECK. HE COMPLAINED OF NECK AND BACK PAIN IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ACCIDENT.
