EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO SET SCOOP OVER WHEN IT WENTTHE OPPOSITE DIRECTION HE WAS PLANNING HE WAS HOLDING HIMSELF UP OUTOF THE DECK IN ORDER TO PREVENT GETTING WET IN THE SEAT. HIS LEFT HAND WAS EXTENDED BEYOND THE EDGE OF THE SCOOP DECK & WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE OUTSIDE OF THE SCOOP DECK& THE SCOOP STOP. THE END OF THE 2 MIDDLE FINGERS ON HIS LEFT HAND WERE SEVERED
