EMPLOYEE HAD DUMPED A LOADER CAR OF COAL AND WAS REUTRNIGN TO THE CONTINUOUS MINER FOR ANOTHER LOAD WHEN HE STRUCK SOMETHING IN THE ROADWAY CAUSIGN HIS HEAD TO STRIKE THE ROOF.
