PERSON WAS GOING UNDER BRIDGE, AFTER TELLING OPERATOR TO RAISE HIS BOOM. THE OPERATOR THOUGHT PERSON WAS THROUGH AND LET THE BOOM DOWN AND MASHED HIM THROUGH HIS HIPS. DISLOCATED HIP AND FRACT URED HIP.
