Was spreading rock dust that was on travel way with drag attached to ram car. Was watching drag when a piece of T-Channel on rib hit me. Cause of injury T-channel loose on one end sticking out. Employee was operating a Kubota on the travel road. The front tire caught a notch in the rib due to the employee glancing over in a x-cut while driving and the Kubota turned over on its side. The employee struck head on the roll over protection bar. Restricted Duty.

The employee was rotating his boom to the drivers side of the truck when the weight started causing the passenger side outriggers to come off the ground. He then boomed down & winched off lowering the pole but it flipped the truck throwing the employee off.
