EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING COAL TRUCK. AS IT CAME AROUND A CORNER, TRUCK CAME TO CLOSE TO EDGE. TRUCK RAN OFF THE EDGE OF THE COAL SEAM WHICH WAS ABOUT 18" HIGH, TURNING THE TRUCK OVER ON IT'S SIDE.
