THE EE GOT HIS RIGHT KNEE CAUGHT BETWEEN THE COAL RIB AND A SHUTTLE CAR CABLE. THE EE WORKED UNTIL 1-31-00 WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS WITH HIS KNEE. LOST TIME BEGAN ON 1-31-00. WE WERE NOTIFIED OF T HE INJURY ON 2-1-00.
