The EE was walking from the main road to get on #3 WOF tank pad to perform housekeeping duties when he misjudged his step getting over the curb. The EE attempted to step over the curb when his left heel caught the curb causing him to lose his balance. EE reported that his left ankle twisted causing sprained ankle.

EE was walking from the East side of the ship to the West side using the steps / stairs on the ship. When EE reached the last set of steps he noticed some piping right in front of the stairway along with a 4" toe plate right at the bottom of the stairway to the left. When he stepped over them and immediately felt pain on his left leg (calf).

As they got the line on the dock the ships crew member tightened the instead of giving slack line causing the line to hit and flip another employee off his feet. The Employee that was struck landed on his right side. Contusion right thigh
He squatted down to verify the meter was the correct meter, started to move the meter with his left hand/arm and lost his grip, slipping and fell backwards.
