AFTER SHUTTING THE GENERATOR DOWN, I WAS DOING A VISUAL INSPECTION ON THE TOGGLE SPRINGS. WHEN STEPPING FROM CONVEYOR TO I-BEAM PLATFORM, I SLIPPED AND FELL INTO THE HANDRAIL OF ACCESS STEPS.
