The individual tripped on a pallet. The individual fell to the concrete floor, landing on his right elbow, and fracturing his elbow. ***Miner returned to work @ full capacity w/o restrictions on 5/15/13. On 7/10/13, he went back to restricted duty & remains on restricted duty @ time of submission of E-doc 1802792. To date, missed work days are 3/7/13, 3/8/13, 10/3/13, 10/4/13.

The scabble saw operator was on top of the saw pad, lining up a block with the bar. Operator stepped back and his leg became caught between the track and the pad, which caused him to lose balance and fall to the ground. The operator sustained stretched ligaments in the leg and/or knee areas.
