A security employee was exiting an office trailer at the mine site of Lehigh Natural Resources water impoundment location when he rolled his ankle on the last step of the stairs, the employee was driven to Saint Lukes Hosptial,Coaldale,P.A. where he was attended to by an E.R. doctor who made a visual exam & ordered x-rays & determined he had a minor sprained ankle

Employee was performing maintenance near the silo at the area known as Rt. 309 Water Treatment. Employee went to step with his right foot near the edge of the water discharge stream and his right foot sunk in causing employee to lose his balance and fall to his knee(s). Employee's 17" muck boots filled with treated lime water causing burns on his feet.
