A fuel and lube technician was dismounting a dozer. They were using 3-points of contact and as they placed their right foot on the ground, they felt a pain in their right knee and their knee gave out. The ground conditions were good.

Showing all 5EE fell while staking out ore control on rocks. EE slightly scratched lower left leg from the rock. EE stated when EE reported the incident to mine personnel on 6/22/22 that the scratch did not break the skin & EE didn't perform first-aid to clean wound. Miner sought medical treatment on 6/22/22 where EE was treated for a staph infection & MRSA. Miner is back to full duty as of 7/1
Employee was raising mast on light plant when the cable broke inside the mast itself and employee jumped out of the way, banging left shin on the outrigger of the light plant causing a 1 inch laceration requiring one staple to close.
While entering the drill cab from the drill deck Employee slipped on the deck and landed on the door jam with their chest. Employee fractured #11 rib and was placed on modified duty.
Employee slipped while dismounting a 10-wheel water truck and fell to ground fracturing a bone in EE's right wrist.
