Contractor was loading truck after work at mine site was finished and stepped off tail gate and slipped on mud and twisted ankle. It was his right ankle and he was unable to drive to ER therefore an ambulance was called.

Employee stated that as he was dismounting the bobcat, he stepped in a hole and twisted his left ankle. Employee went to the doctor on Monday 1/19/2015 where he was placed on restricted duty and his classification was changed to accommodate his restrictions.
