Employee tripped demounting a platform in a packaging area hurting their knee. Employee finished working the shift and returned to work the following day to complete their weekly work schedule. On Nov. 7th employee sent for medical evaluation due to pain. Employee removed from work due to fractured left patella.
Employee was traveling between the maintenance shop and the "Bubble", to shut off cutting torch bottles. Employee states they "stepped wrong" and rolled their left ankle.
