EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO UNPLUG CRUSHER. HE WAS STANDING ON TOP OF PLATFORM. HE STEPPED OFF OF PLATFORM, & FELL BACKWARDS, STRIKING HIS LOWER BACK ON HANDRAIL.
