MR. ODUM WAS GOING DOWN INTO LOWER DECK OF 7W DRAGLINE TO GREASE. HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF OF THE RUNS AND HE FELL INTO THE SIDE OF UPPER DECK. (HE WAS ABOUT 1/2 WAY DOWN. THE UPPER DECK FLOOR C AUGHT HIM UNDER THE RIB CAGE AREA CAUSING PAIN ON HIS LOWER RIB.
