AFTER CHECKING 992 LOADER EE WAS DESCENDING DOWN LADDER WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED FROM BOTTOM STEP. EE TRIED TO CATCH HIMSELF BUT HAND SLIPPED BETWEEN STEP & BODY OF MACHINE CAUSING LEFT WRIST TO BE SPRAINED.

EE WAS STARTING TO GET INTO HIS DRILL AND HE PUT HIS FOOT ON THE 1ST STEP AND WHEN HE PULLED HIS WEIGHT UP HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE STEP CAUSING HIS LEG TO TWIST ON IMPACT WITH THE GROUND. THE INJURY WORSENED AS TIME WENT BY CAUSING EE TO SEEK MEDICAL TREATMENT. EE TOLD THIS TO THE BOSS.
