ICE HAD FORMED AT THE EXPLOSION DOORS DUE TO THE MELTING SNOW. JACK STEPPED ON THE ICE AND FELL. HE CONTINUED WORKING TO THE END OF THE SHIFT. THE FOLLOWING DAY HE CALLED SAYING HE WAS GOING TO SEE A DR. ABOUT HIS KNEE.
