EE WAS PULLING ON BOTTOM SPAN OF BELT STRUCTURE, LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL BACKWARDS ON HIS RIGHT HAND BRUISING IT. EE FINISHED HIS SHIFT AND WENT TO CLINIC THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD NOT TO US E HIS HAND FOR ANY WORK FOR TWO WEEKS.

EE WAS PULLING ELECTRICAL SUPPLY LINE, LOST HIS BALANCE IN THE MUD, SLIPPED AND FELL STRIKING HIS RIGHT KNEE ON MANTRIP. EE WORKED TIL END OF SHIFT AND ALSO THE NEXT SCHEDULED SHIFTS 6. EE SAW DR ON HIS OWN TIME 2-3-99 AND 2-10-99. ON THE SECOND OFFICE VISIT EE WAS ADVISED TO HAVE SURGERY TO REDUCE SWELLING/INFLAMATION AND TRY SOME NEW PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE FIRST.
