THE VICTIM WAS PLACING A S & S SCOOP ON CHARGE. ONCE COMPLETING THIS TASK THE VICTIM GOT OFF THE EQUIPMENT BY JUMPING TO THE GROUND FROM THE BATTERIES & THUS INJURING HIS FOOT.
