EMPLOYEE FELL OFF OF DOZER-STEPPED OUT ON TRACK, SLIPPED AND FELL OFF. CONDITIONS WAS MUDDY AND WET DUE TO INCLIMATE WEATHER. THIS CAUSED HIM TO SPRAIN LEFT ANKLE AND FOOT AND UPPER BACK.
