EMPLOYEE HAD OIL LEAD ON D9H DOZER AND TRAMMED IT TO WHERE MECHANIC COULD WORK ON IT. EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING OFF DOZER, STEPPED ON TRACK AND SLIPPED BECAUSE APPARENTLY HAD OIL ON SHOE. EMPLOYE E FELL ON LOWER BACK AND RIGHT LEG.
