EMPLOYEE WAS DISMOUNTING BULLDOZER WHEN HIS FOOF SLIPPED AND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN TRACK FRAME AND PUSH ARM. EMPLOYEE THEN FELL BACKWARD ONTO THE GROUND WITH HIS FOOT STILL CAUGHT. CONDITIONS WER E DRY AND WORK AREA WAS WELL ILLUMINATED.
