INJURED HAD LADDER AGAINST TELEPHONE POLE. PULLING CABLE UP TO RE-HANG ON WIRE SUPPORT. FOOTING GAVE WAY ON LADDER INJURED FELL APPROX 4-6 FT STRIKING RIGHT FOOT.
