IE was hanging a tube chain and slipped. The chain was wrapped around EE's right wrist, when EE slipped the impact from EE's body weight fractured EE's wrist.

The employee got off the John Deere Skid Steer, and stepped between the bucket and frame when his left foot slipped out from under him, and he twisted his right knee. He requested to see a dr on 3/3/09 and was placed on light duty

The employee was filling the slinger duster from the air/dust tank underground. He was standing on the duster and had another employee turn off the dust and turn on the air to flush the line. The line surged and flipped up, causing the employee to loose his balance and fall off of the duster.

THE EE WAS WALKING UP THE CROSS CUT IN THE 6 LEFT SECTION WHEN HIS RIGHT KNEE POPPED. THE KNEE SWELLED AND BECAME VERY PAINFUL. THE EE SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION AND IS OFF WORK UNTIL HE CAN SEE A SPECIALIST FOR HIS KNEE. FIRST DAY OUT: 6/17/04.
EE WAS WORKING MAINTENANCE ON LONGWALL. EE WAS HURRYING TO GET UP ON TOP OF SHEARER. PUT 1 FOOT IN CABLE TROUGH & OTHER ON TOE OF SHIELD. FOOT SLIPPED OFF SHIELD & FELL TOGROUN TWISTING HIP & KNEE. CON'T TO WORK BUT HIP HURT. MRI 10/27/04 NORMAL. WENT TO SPECIALIST WHO DID EXPLORATORY SURGERY 3/31/05. LOST TIME ACCIDENT 3/30/05.
THE EMPLOYEE HAD JUST ARRIVED AT WORK & WAS GETTING OUT OF HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE WHEN HE SLIPPED ON ICE IN THE PARKING LOT & SPRAINED HIS RIGHT ANKLE.
EMPLOYEE WAS STEPPING OFF THE BUCKET OF THE GEHLAND STEPPED ON A PIECE OF COAL AND TWISTED HIS LEFT ANKLE. THE EMPLOYEE RETURNED TO WORK IN A RESTRICTED CAPACITY ON HIS NEXT SCHEDULED SHIFT 11-12-01.
EE WAS SHOVELING THE BELTS WHEN A ROCK BOUNCED OFF THE BELT. HE TRIED TO GET OUT OF THE WAY & FELL DOWN. HE STRAINED HIS LEFT SHOULDER & HIP.
THE EMPLOYEE STATES THAT HE WAS WALKING TO THE DUST TANK AND STEPPED IN A HOLE CAUSING HIS RIGHT KNEE TO HYPEREXTEND. HE HAD NO PROBLEMS FOR THE REST OF THE SHIFT. HE SAID HE HAD PROBLEMS ALL WEEKEND AND REPORTED IT ON 8-7-00.
