RAINY MUDDY CONDITIONS; OPERATOR'S FOOT SLIPPED OFF OF THE STEP ON THE PUSHARM OF THE D-10N CAUSING HIM TO LOSE HIS GRIP AND FALL. HE BROKE THE FIBULA IN TWO PLACES ABOVE HIS ANKLE.
