Showing all 11Third shift men were pulling a car cable, EE was standing beside miner and car cable hit him on the legs, knocking him down. He fell backwards onto the side of the miner and bruised lower back.
Miner walked around shuttle car when he noticed small rocks chipping from the roof. He turned to avoid the falling rock, slipped in the mud and twisted his left knee. Hyperextened his left knee - strained and bruised.
Injured party was getting out of the Frontend/Forklift Loader in the pit when he got to the bottom step his foot slipped and he fell to the ground landing on his feet straining his neck.

EE WAS INSTALLING FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM ON OUTSIDE BELT DRIVE TO CLEAR UP MSHA VIOLATION. HE STEPPED IN MUD AND HIS RIGHT FOOT BECAME STUCK IN THE MUD. HE SAID HE TWISTED HIS RIGHT KNEE WHEN HE TRIED TO PULL IT OUT.
TIGHTENING BOLT ON REAR END OF SCOOP, WRENCH SLIPPED AND HE FELL BACKWARDS. EE STRUCK OIL CAN & GROUND WITH HIS BACK.
WHILE WALKING TO THE BOOSTER PUMP EE TRIPPED ON A WATER LINE & FELL OVER ONTO THE BOOSTER PUMP STRIKING IT WITH HIS RIGHT ELBOW & LOWER ARM RESULTING IN PULLING THE MUSCLES IN HIS RIGHT SHOULD ER.
