While changing air filters on a loader, ee lost his footing while standing on the counterweight of a 992G loader, causing him to fall approx 5 foot to the ground. EE was examined and x-rayed at Hazard ARH, where he was later released.

EE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF LOADING SEED FROM A BOX TRAILER ONTO A HYDRO SEEDER TRUCK. EE LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL TO THE GROUND OUT OF THE TRAILER, STRIKING HIS BACK ON THE FLOOR OF THE TRAILER , THE FALL WAS APPROX. 4 FT. DIAGNOSIS MUSCLE SPRAIN.
